2. Not Included
• Diving insurance
• Entry visa
• Rental equipment
• Special tank requests (e.g. 15L, sidemount, twinsets, stage tanks)
• Crew gratuity (recommended: €100 per guest)
3. Supplements
• Single cabin use: 75% surcharge on the standard price per person.
• Marine park fees, port fees, and permits: €150–€250 per person, depending on the itinerary.
4. Special Offers
• Early Bird Discount: 10% discount for bookings confirmed at least 9 months prior to departure.
• Group offer: for every 11 fully paying guests, the 12th guest joins the trip free of charge (Marine park fees and other supplements still apply).
• Full charter pricing is based on 22 guests.
5. Payment conditions
The payment conditions apply to both charter bookings and individual bookings.
• 25% deposit upon confirmation.
• 25% payment due 90 days prior to scheduled departure.
• Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to scheduled departure.
If the remaining balance is not paid 60 days prior to departure, the cancellation policy will apply.
6. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy applies to both charter bookings and individual bookings.
After booking confirmation:
• More than 91 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 90–61 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee
• 60 days or less prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee
Any change to the travel dates after confirmation has been issued will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the above-mentioned cancellation policy, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
7. Boat Assignment
If the minimum number of participants (8 guests) is not reached, we reserve the right to operate the trip on another boat of the same or higher category at no additional cost; if a lower category boat is used, the price difference will be refunded.
8. General Terms
• The last night of the trip may be spent on board in port or in a 4-star hotel, depending on the boat schedule.
• We reserve the right to change the departure and/or arrival port if required by the boat schedule or operational reasons.
• The itinerary may be changed due to weather conditions, government regulations, or military restrictions.
• All participant details (full name, nationality, passport number, equipment requests, dietary requirements, etc.) must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to departure.
• For last-minute bookings (within 1 week before departure), all required details must be submitted immediately unless otherwise agreed.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after arrival.
• All guests must present a copy of their passport/ID, a valid dive certification, logbook and dive insurance at check-in on board.
• Wi-Fi on board is limited and subject to availability. Local SIM cards with additional data can be arranged upon request.
• In case of any dispute arising from this agreement, the courts of Hurghada, Egypt shall have jurisdiction.
• In the event of government-imposed price changes or significant fuel increases, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.
