1. Included

*  Complimentary transfers are provided between the airport (or hotel) and the embarkation/disembarkation marina of your liveaboard itinerary, within a 60 km radius. If you arrive at or depart from a different airport or city than the one associated with your itinerary (for example, arriving in Hurghada for a trip departing from Port Ghalib), additional transfer charges apply.

** All transfers provided are private. Our representative will be waiting for you upon arrival and will take you directly to the boat without waiting for other guests.

2. Not Included

• Diving insurance 

• Entry visa 

• Rental equipment 

• Special tank requests (e.g. 15L, sidemount, twinsets, stage tanks) 

• Crew gratuity (recommended: €100 per guest)

•  Transfers beyond the complimentary 60 km transfer radius associated with your itinerary

  Additional private transfers can be arranged upon request at an extra charge.

3. Supplements

• Single cabin use: 75% surcharge on the standard price per person.

• Marine park fees, port fees, and permits: €150–€250 per person, depending on the itinerary.

4. Special Offers

• Early Bird Discount: 10% discount for bookings confirmed at least 9 months prior to departure.

• Group offer: for every 11 fully paying guests, the 12th guest joins the trip free of charge (Marine park fees and other supplements still apply).

• Full charter pricing is based on 22 guests. 

5. Payment conditions
The payment conditions apply to both charter bookings and individual bookings.

• 25% deposit upon confirmation.

• 25% payment due 90 days prior to scheduled departure.

• Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to scheduled departure.

If the remaining balance is not paid 60 days prior to departure, the cancellation policy will apply.

6. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy applies to both charter bookings and individual bookings.

After booking confirmation:

• More than 91 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee

• 90–61 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee

• 60 days or less prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee

Any change to the travel dates after confirmation has been issued will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the above-mentioned cancellation policy, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

7. Boat Assignment

If the minimum number of participants (8 guests) is not reached, we reserve the right to operate the trip on another boat of the same or higher category at no additional cost; if a lower category boat is used, the price difference will be refunded.

8. Registration Form & Required documents

• All guests are required to complete the electronic registration form in full at least 21 days prior to departure in order to obtain navigation permits and finalize all arrangements. 
• For bookings made within 21 days of the departure date, the registration form and all required documents must be submitted on the same day as the booking.
• The registration form must be completed accurately and include all required information, including (but not limited to): passport details, a clear and legible copy of the passport, trip information, emergency contact details, diving certifications, approximate number of logged dives, rental equipment requirements and sizes, dietary requirements, allergies, and any other information that will help us prepare for your stay and dive experience perfectly.
• The booking is considered confirmed after ALSURAYA  receives the completed registration form, as failure to provide the required information within the specified period may lead to delays in transportation, customs clearance, boarding the boat, preparing rental equipment, or starting the navigation.



9. General Terms

• The last night of the trip may be spent either on board in port or in a 4-star hotel, depending on the vessel's operational schedule. 
• We reserve the right to change the embarkation and/or disembarkation port if required for operational or logistical reasons. 
• The itinerary may be changed due to weather conditions, sea conditions, government regulations, military restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of arrival in Egypt.
• All certified divers must present a valid passport, dive certification, logbook (physical or digital), and proof of dive accident insurance at check-in.
• Wi-Fi on board is limited and subject to coverage and availability.
• In the event of government-imposed taxes, harbour fees, permit fees, or significant fuel price increases, ALSURAYA reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with the competent courts of Hurghada having exclusive jurisdiction.
